Step-1: Select the View tab and click Slide Master.

Step-4: Draw a square about the size of the logo.

Step-5: Click the shape and Right-click, then choose Format Shape.

Step-6: Select the bucket and click Fill.

Step-8: Click the Insert picture button.

Step-1: Open the Format Shapes.

Step-2: Adjust the darkness of the logo with Transparency.

How to adjust the logo size?

Step-1: Click the logo and use Shift+Drag to adjust for keeping the picture ratio.

(You also can only drag the logo for a reasonable resizing.)

How to remove the logo border?

Method 1

Step-1: Click the logo. Click Shapes outline.

Step-2: Click No Outline. The border will be removed.

Method 2

Step-1: Click the logo. Open the Format Shapes. Select the bucket and click Line.

Step-2: Click No line. The border will be removed.
